You already know your next move. You have talked yourself past the reasons not to take it. What you have not done is run the numbers, decide whether impact or revenue matters most right now, or ask whether the thing you are about to build is still what you want in five years.
The Working Plan is one day given to exactly that, and the month around it. We talk before, so the day starts warm instead of starting over. Then we spend it: the money, the clients, which focus pays first, and what success will actually look like when you arrive at it. Then, for two weeks, we keep writing while the plan is still soft enough to change.
You leave with a three year road map, success measures, action plans, milestones and targets. Plain documents in your own language, the kind you are still using in March.
What you are building can be a practice, a service, a program, or a book. The instruments do not change: numbers, dates, and an honest look at whether this is the life you meant to build.
