Everything here happens with people in it, at a set hour, virtual or in a room. Smallest first.
You bring one question. We spend ninety minutes on it, and afterward I write you a document you keep: what I heard, what I think is actually going on, and what I would do next.
Four instruments, four ninety-minute blocks, one day. The textbook comes to you in the mail beforehand, which is why registration closes on 3 November.
The twenty-eight day material, run as a live cohort instead of alone. Same four quests: plan something, start something, run something, streamline something. Announced to Notes when the dates are set.
One instrument, one hour, the first time it gets tried out loud. Pop-ups go to Notes before they go anywhere else, so that is where the date will land.
Pop-ups are brand new, ideas tried out loud for the first time, no promises about where they go. Workshops and Programs are proven, tested with real groups already, whether that happens in a single day or across several weeks together.
Everything here started as a Pop-up: an idea I wanted to try out loud, with people, before I had any business calling it finished. Some of them stay one-offs. Some come back as a Workshop or a Program once a real group has tested them.
A few go further. If a Program turns out to work without a room around it, it eventually becomes something self-paced in the Collection. That is the only route in: nothing gets shelved as timeless until a live group has proved it.
The Curated Path is the oldest example. It began in 2009 as a live group of coaches in my certification program, and seventeen years later it is a day and a book.
There will be a retreat. It is a year or two out, it has a name and not much else yet, and when it is ready it will be announced the way Pop-ups are: to Notes, quietly, without a public calendar.
