Write to me

Start with what's standing in the way

There are three ways I work with someone one to one, and this form doesn't ask you to choose between them. Four questions, one at a time. I read every one myself, nothing is scored or seen by anybody else, and the answer is a letter: what I heard, and the truest way I can help.

One

What is in the way.

The plain version. The one you would say on the phone to a friend who already knows the background.

Two

What you have already tried.

And what happened. Including the thing that worked for a while and then stopped.

Three

What would be different.

Describe an ordinary week on the other side of this. Concretely enough that you would notice it had happened.

Four

Why now.

Something made this the week you wrote to me instead of the week you thought about writing to me.

Optional

If you already have a sense of what you're hoping for, tell me here.

In your own words. Nothing is being chosen, and I will still write back with what I think would serve you best.

Where to reach you

I read every application myself. Nobody else reads it, and nothing you write here is summarized, scored, or stored anywhere but with me. Who sees what.

{{ availability }}
{{ progress }} Nothing sends until you press the button.

Thank you for writing what's real.

I read every application myself, and you will hear from me within two business days. The reply is a letter: what I heard, which container fits what you described, and when it could start.

Sometimes the honest answer is that ninety minutes would do it. If that is what your letter says, I will say so.
