I’ve spent over twenty years as a learning experience designer and coach, which is a fancy way of saying I’ve spent my whole working life helping people figure out what they know and build something real around it. These days that means designing learning at Veeam, a global tech company, by day, and coaching, writing, and course-building on my own time. I’m working toward my MCC coaching credential.

If you ask what kind of coach I am, the honest answer is I’m a guide who walks beside you, not an expert who hands you answers.

Lately I’ve been exploring what learning design and enablement look like in the age of AI, at work, and in how I build things here. I’d rather show you what that means than explain it in a sentence.

Outside of work, I’m building a native plant garden zone by zone, which has taught me more about patience than most books have. I’m an early and enthusiastic user of AI, not because it’s trendy, but because it’s changed how fast I can move from an idea to something real. And I tend to treat my own life like an ongoing experiment: try it, notice what happens, adjust, try again.
