You’re already an expert in your field. That’s why we’re accelerating your content creation process. During our session, I’ll guide you in designing simple presentations that truly transform.

STEP 2 | DESIGN AN EXPERIENCE

First impressions mean everything. That’s why I’m leading you through setting up registrations, e-commerce, welcome sequences, and your online community. By the end of our session, you’ll send out exclusive invitations to the 5-10 people you’ve hand-picked for your pilot program.

STEP 3 | BOOST YOUR CONFIDENCE

You know that feeling of walking up to the front of the room, energized and ready to share your wisdom? That’s the way I want you to feel teaching your online program. During the session, you’re going to practice facilitating an online module for your peers in the Course Design Lab. We’ll each provide you with valuable feedback. And you’ll launch your pilot with confidence.

STEP 4 | HOST YOUR PROGRAM

Now you’re ready to host your expedited pilot program. You’ll teach lessons, answer questions, and gather meaningful feedback on your program’s effectiveness.

STEP 5 | REFINE + PUBLISH

After your pilot, we’ll meet one-on-one to transform your measurable results into powerful marketing messages. I’ll help you create an actionable plan to refine your materials based on learner feedback. Then, you’ll be ready to publish your course and make it available as part of your ongoing revenue streams.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I know if the Course Design Lab is right for me?

This program is right for you if you’ve tried traditional course creation processes before but haven’t finished your course. You’ll also need to have a list of 5-10 people who would be a good fit for your pilot program. It’s also important that you’re invested in getting real results for your participants.

What’s the program schedule?

For four weeks on Tuesdays, we’ll meet for live, group coaching from 12-1:30 pm ET. Then, on Thursdays from 12-1:30 pm ET, I’ll host a co-working session.

At the end of four weeks, you’ll present your program pitch in an Open Market session with your peers + a special VIP list.

By the end of our time together, you’ll be ready to host your pilot program, then schedule your 60-minute individual call with me to review your results.

How much does it cost?

The Course Design Lab is $1,295.

How much time will I need to commit to my project each week?

We’ll have 3 hours of coaching and co-working during the first four weeks of the lab. In addition to that time, you may want to carve out 1-2 more hours of each week to commit to your program.

Will you provide individual feedback?

Yes! I’ll personally review each of your required assignments and provide either written or verbal/video feedback for you within 24 hours. My commitment to this quick turnaround is to keep you on schedule with your overall course project.

How long will I have access to the course materials? 

At the end of our session, I’ll provide a link for you to download the course materials so that you can reference them in the future. However, the private online community will come down 30 days after our session ends.

What happens after I complete my pilot program?

You’ll book your Post-Pilot Coaching Session with me using this link. This session is included in the cost of the lab. During this session, we’ll create an action plan to package your course for ongoing success and revenue. However, it expires 45 days after our final group call - so don’t delay in hosting your pilot!

What if I’d like 1:1 support as I move to go through the lab?

During the lab, I’m spending lots of time reviewing assignments and providing personalized feedback. I’ll open up a few individual coaching sessions during the program if you need additional support (additional fees apply).

Do you offer refunds?

Because of the live, online nature of this course and the speed at which we move through the content, I’m not able to offer refunds. However, I understand that life is sometimes unpredictable. If a scheduling conflict arises and you are unable to complete the program, simply reach out so that we can move you to an upcoming session.

Do you offer financial assistance?

Yes, I do! If you are interested in receiving financial assistance, exploring a bartering agreement, or working out a payment plan, simply send me an email. Indicate that you’d like to explore financial assistance, and we’ll see what’s possible!
